BMOC, Inc. is looking to expand its workforce in the Madison, WI area.

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE BETWEEN PROPERTIES OVER THE COURSE OF A DAY

Primary Tasks Would Include

• Cleaning common areas of buildings to a standard
• Cleaning apartments upon move-out.
• Cleaning offices
• Lawn Mowing, Weed Trimming, etc.
• Other Tasks as directed
  
  

Pay: $13/hr - $17/hr depending on experience.

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Full-time/Part-time: Part-time (24 hrs a week) or Full-Time (32-35 hrs/week)

Must be comfortable using computer systems to track work done and clock-in/clock-out. Must be able to sit, stand, lift, scrub, carry supplies, and perform various cleaning/disinfecting tasks.
