Job summary

The Springs Living is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper for The Springs at Murrayhill to maintain resident apartments and common areas. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, and is temporary through 11/30/2026 with potential for future opportunities.

You will interact with residents and staff, perform routine and deep cleaning, keep carts organized, and report equipment concerns. The Springs Living offers competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Ability to interact warmly with residents and families.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with residents, families, employees, and visitors.
• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices per schedule.
• Perform deep cleans of apartments and common areas per schedule.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and closets in a neat, organized fashion.
• Report any concerns regarding safe and proper functioning of equipment to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, employees, potential residents/families and outside the community
• Cleans resident apartments, common areas, and offices according to schedule
• Deep cleans resident apartments and common areas according to schedule
• Maintains housekeeping carts and closets in a neat and organized fashion
• Report any concerns regarding safe and proper functioning of equipment to supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
