• Perform general cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond promptly to resident and guest needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in responding to resident emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
• This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that includes weekends, covering both Memory Care and Personal Care buildings.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Capability to solve practical problems and handle variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude toward residents and colleagues.
