Job summary

Barrington of West Chester is seeking a dedicated team member for cleaning responsibilities in resident apartments, hallways, and common areas. You will assist in preparing empty apartments for move-ins and respond promptly to resident needs to ensure satisfaction.

You may be called to respond to emergencies, and you will maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Capacity to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
