Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a full-time Housekeeper for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club. Your role involves servicing and maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and other club facilities, in accordance with Omni standards.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain regular attendance per Omni standards, with scheduling based on club needs.
2. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper attire and name tag.
3. Service the club lobby, golf shop, pool area, Fitness Center, tennis and pickleball courts, dining areas, private rooms, hallways, locker rooms, and bathrooms on the golf course and in the kitchen and cart barn.
4. Keep outside veranda and main guest entrance neat and clean.
5. Maintain cleanliness of ash urns and ensure all club areas are safe and secure.
6. Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
7. Maintain inventory of cleaning products, towels, bath mats, and washcloths.
8. Stay informed about daily events and assist guests accordingly.
9. Provide a 4-diamond level of service at all times.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Preferred: 1 year of previous housekeeping experience.
2. Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
3. Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for entire shifts.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
