Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Housekeeper at Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, South Carolina. The role involves cleaning offices, patient rooms, common areas and other areas, using cleaning chemicals safely and following standards to keep the hospital environment orderly.

Must be able to use housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaner, buffers, battery operated equipment, mops and carpet equipment.
Reading and numerical competency.
Customer service skills.

Cleans offices, patient rooms, offices, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, polishes floors and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
Will be required to properly and safely use cleaning chemicals per given standards.

Position Description

This individual cleans and keeps the hospital environment in an orderly condition.
