Job Title: Housekeeper

Company: Crothall Healthcare

Location: Pursuance Behavioral Health - 1-3 East Collins Street, Salem, MA 01970

Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: No prior experience required.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
2. Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
3. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
4. Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
5. Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
6. Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
7. Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash hygienically.
8. Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
9. Wipes down glass surfaces.
10. Makes beds and changes linens as needed.
11. Realigns furniture and amenities per layout.
12. Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
13. Addresses spills and broken glasses promptly.
14. Contributes to team efforts and maintains professionalism.
15. Performs additional duties as assigned.
