• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER positions.
• Location: HSHS St Josephs Highland - 12866 Troxler Avenue, Highland, IL 62249. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hospitals, hotels, and restaurants, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers; disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes beds and changes linens as needed.
• Realigns furniture and amenities per layout.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping issues.
• Contributes to team efforts; maintains professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
