Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, OH is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to perform daily cleaning duties in a 100-bed senior living community. You will help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents, following facility policies and Montessori-inspired living principles.

This role emphasizes dignity and respect for residents and staff, flexible scheduling, and opportunity for career growth within a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
• Must speak and understand English
• Positive attitude toward the elderly

Responsibilities

• Perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, facility policies, and as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor, to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
• Montessori-Inspired Living community principles guide daily routines and interactions.
