WMCH Weirton Medical Center is seeking a dedicated environmental services worker to perform routine cleaning in patient care areas, offices and lounge spaces to maintain a safe and aseptic hospital environment. You will disinfect and prepare rooms between patient discharges and support housekeeping operations.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and flexibility to be scheduled based on hospital needs.
Performs routine cleaning duties within designated patient care area. Cleans and disinfects assigned areas occupied by patients; offices; and ancillary areas; and lounge areas to maintain a safe, healthy and aseptic environmental for personnel, patients and visitors.
