• Location: South County Hospital - 100 Kenyon Avenue, Wakefield, RI 02879. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hospitals, hotels, and restaurants. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties trash containers and disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes beds and changes linens as needed.
• Realigns furniture and amenities per layout.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Addresses spills and broken glass promptly.
• Contributes to team efforts; maintains professionalism.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
