Responsibilities

Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition.
Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
Clean and stock restrooms.
Collect and remove trash and debris.
Clean/sanitize patient furniture.
Perform detailed deep cleans when required.

Located in Shippensburg, PA., our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as, an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean sanitary, orderly and attractive condition providing a suitable environment for the care of patients and staff in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Roxbury.
