TKO Employment Services Delaware LLC in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.

You will assist with making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensuring spaces are tidy, with a need for teamwork and attention to detail.

The position pays $16.00 per hour and comes with benefits such as medical, dental and vision, life insurance, a matched 401K, hotel room discounts, and paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Understand and communicate in English.
• Work schedule varies and may include holidays/weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Change bed linens and vacuum room after housekeeping has cleaned the rest of the room.
• Notify managers concerning repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Additional compensation per room completed correctly and efficiently.
