In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community.

Job Responsibilities

1. General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
2. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
3. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
4. Assist in responding to resident emergencies as needed.
5. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem. We will train you.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Problem-solving skills to handle variables with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward residents and co-workers.
