Job description

We are hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Ascension Emerald Coast Hospital, located at 7800 US Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain facilities, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, mops, polishes floors; vacuums carpets and draperies; shampoos carpets and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture; cleans fixtures and fittings.
• Empties trash and disposes of waste hygienically.
• Cleans washbasins, mirrors, tubs, showers; wipes glass surfaces.
• Makes beds, changes linens, realigns furniture.
• Responds to guest requests and housekeeping issues.
• Contributes to team efforts with professionalism.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
