Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to keep common areas and resident apartments clean and safe, delivering hospitality and top service to residents and visitors.

You will work with maintenance, submit work orders, monitor supplies, and support a welcoming, tidy community that aligns with The Waters' values of teamwork and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a related position is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas according to standards and practices including restrooms, dining rooms, elevators, hallways, landings, stairs, railings, light fixtures, resident activity areas, and lobby.
• Cleans all assigned resident apartments.
• Works as a team with maintenance to take accountability for the building; monitor the look, smell, cleanliness, and maintenance of all spaces.
• Submits maintenance work orders to the Environmental Services team as needed.
• Notifies Environmental Services Manager when supplies are diminishing.
• Maintains a clean, orderly laundry room and stores chemicals in accordance with product or supervisor instruction.
• Other duties as assigned
