Job summary

Vitality is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services professional to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming resident suites and common areas. You will perform routine cleaning, deep cleans, and kitchen/bathroom sanitation while upholding high standards of care for older adults.

The role requires 18+ years old, clear English communication, and adherence to health regulations. You will join a collaborative team and participate in onboarding and ongoing training to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health related requirements and maintain required certifications.
• Desire to work with older adults and their families.
• Present a positive and professional image at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites per schedule: vacuum, spot-clean, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Clean and service bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas as assigned.
• Assist in annual suite service and deep cleaning of community spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience.
• Attend onboarding, trainings, and team meetings; perform duties as directed by Environmental Services Director.
