Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Montage Mason in Mason, OH. You will maintain cleanliness and safety across resident areas, follow infection control protocols, and support a welcoming environment for residents and families.

The starting pay is $16 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a full-time schedule. Applicants must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical; high school diploma or 18+ is required; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community. You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and thorough cleaning of assigned areas while following infection control protocols and facility procedures. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in supporting resident well-being. You’ll work closely with the Housekeeping team and leadership to ensure all spaces are safe, attractive, and welcoming for residents, families, and guests.

Pay: Starting at $16/hr, based on years of experience + $1000.00 sign on bonus

Schedule: Full Time

Location: Montage Mason- 5373 Merten Dr, Mason, OH 45040

Requirements:

• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
