STHS McAllen seeks an Environmental Services team member to perform daily cleaning in patient rooms, lounges, nursing stations and clinic areas, following our Environmental Services standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.

The role requires adherence to the facility's procedures, regular training, and a commitment to compliance with the Code of Conduct. This on-site position supports a high standard of patient care and facility hygiene.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs daily cleaning tasks for patient and resident rooms, nursing station, lounges, educational facilities, restrooms, office, clinic areas and any other areas assigned in accordance with standard procedures of the Environmental Services and in accordance with facility standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• After initial training, demonstrate ability to utilize supplies, tools and equipment properly
• Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
