Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper for day shifts. You will provide timely cleaning services across the hospital and related facilities using standard housekeeping equipment and approved chemicals.

Ideal candidates communicate well with staff and patients, follow safety and privacy rules, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a sanitary environment for all ages from newborns to geriatrics.

• Knowledge of general housekeeping functions and chemicals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services all areas of the hospital and services building.
• Uses vacuum, buffing machines, extractors and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintains stocked housekeeping carts and closets.
• Upholds HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
