Job Title: Housekeeper (Full-Time) @ Avamere Rio Rancho

Join us at Avamere Communities as a Housekeeper in Rio Rancho, NM. This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability, with a wage range of $14.00-$16.00/hr DOE.

Responsibilities

• Order and monitor all supplies
• Clean sinks, showers, toilets, and fixtures
• Stock soap and paper products in bathrooms
• Clean and dust surfaces, including glass and mirrors
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
• Deep clean resident apartments and care areas
• Handle resident laundry according to policy
• Fold, hang, and store resident laundry
• Maintain equipment and linen areas
• Help strip and make beds
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed
• Follow infection control procedures
• Maintain resident confidentiality per HIPAA

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th-grade education
• At least 16 years old
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience interacting with residents preferred
