Silver Birch Living is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services Team in Phoenix. You’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents while keeping spaces safe and well maintained.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments and common areas, completing daily checklists, and using cleaning products safely. We value attention to detail, excellent service, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

• Clean resident apartments and common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and lounges.
• Complete daily housekeeping checklists and required documentation.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely according to instructions and store them properly.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents and team members.
