Job summary

The Atriums is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living areas for residents. You will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and offices, while ensuring supplies are stocked and stored properly.

Excellent customer service and a respectful attitude toward residents are essential. Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, linen changes, bathroom cleaning, and following a regular cleaning schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and tools/products.
• Safety and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Cleans room as assigned, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
• Cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas of the facility according to schedule.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies.
• Relates to residents in a courteous, understanding, and cooperative manner.
• Cleans office areas and other common areas according to a regular schedule or as designated by supervisor.

Housekeepers not only help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general safety of the community, they get the opportunity to bond with our residents on a daily basis and help make a difference in their lives.
