We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain a safe and clean community environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include laundering towels, bed linens, resident laundry, and maintaining resident apartments.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned resident apartments thoroughly as scheduled, including bathrooms (toilets, sinks, bathtubs), wiping countertops and mirrors, sterilizing floors.
• Wipe kitchen counters, under objects, and mop kitchen floors.
• Vacuum all exposed areas, including edges.
• Empty and rinse wastebaskets as needed.
• Wash interior windows as required.
• Clean common areas such as elevators, halls, landings, stairs, activity areas, lobbies, and model units according to standards.
• Maintain an organized laundry room and store chemicals safely as per instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but training will be provided.
• Knowledge of proper biohazardous waste handling practices.
