Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a part-time housekeeper in Overland Park, KS. The role involves providing housekeeping services for residents and cleaning public areas, with days and hours that vary and weekends/holidays possible.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (hotel or personal home)

• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Floor tech experience is highly preferred

Schedule: Part-Time. Days and Hours vary. Weekends and Holidays may be required.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing housekeeping services for residents of the community.
• Cleaning the public areas of the community as necessary.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• Floor tech experience is highly preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home).
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
