Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time housekeeping professional to keep resident spaces clean and welcoming. Responsibilities include housekeeping services for residents and cleaning public areas of the community.

The role requires clear communication with residents and team members, independence, and strong customer service orientation. Schedule is full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm; weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time. Tuesday - Saturday, 8am-4:30pm. Weekends and holidays may be required.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing housekeeping services for residents of the community
• Cleaning the public areas of the community as necessary
