Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Requires the ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure experiences that are exceptional and positive for guests and team members.
• Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linen, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
• Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
• Help in laundry or clean public areas when needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and cross-department collaboration.
