Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift; lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates.
• Perform hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify needed maintenance items.
• Help guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information on request.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, helpful attitude (Service +1).
