Avonlea Apartments is seeking a meticulous Housekeeper to join our team in the Atlanta area. The role requires 1+ year of housekeeping experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with cleaning equipment.

You will maintain daily checklists and keep common areas, model units, and offices clean and welcoming. We offer a friendly, family-oriented work environment with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of housekeeping or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proficient in using manual and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily/weekly cleaning checklist and inspect areas daily.
• Clean office, model units, amenity areas, and all access areas.
• Empty waste receptacles daily in all areas.
• Touch-clean vacant units as needed and assist with inventory of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations for storage and use of cleaning supplies.
• Report deficiencies or hazards observed during rounds.
