Job summary

Avonlea Apartments in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of office, model units, amenity areas, and resident spaces, following a daily/weekly checklist. You will inspect areas daily, empty trash, touch-clean vacant units, assist with inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA guidelines while delivering friendly, respectful service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ years of housekeeping or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in using manual and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and complete the Daily/Weekly Checklist provided by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• The office, model units, amenity areas, and all other public or resident access areas are to be inspected daily and cleaned as needed.
• Empty waste receptacles daily in office, model units, amenity areas, and all other public or resident access areas.
• Touch-clean all vacant units as needed.
• Clean and maintain short-term corporate rental units as needed and requested by the Property Manager.
• Assist with inventory control of all cleaning equipment and supplies. Ensure compliance with all EPA and OSHA regulations relating to the storage and use of the same.
• Report deficiencies, hazards, or violations found while monitoring the grounds daily.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
