Position Purpose:

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa, ID is hiring a part-time Environmental Services Technician (Housekeeper) on day shift!

Position Highlights and Benefits:

• Schedule: 24 hours/week: 7am-3:30pm, two weekdays + every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Disinfect patient treatment and care areas to prevent infection, ensure safety, and improve appearance.
• Handle collection, storage, and disposal of medical and hazardous waste according to policies.
• Interact with patients and visitors to provide directions and hospital information.
• Perform project work such as curtain changes, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare patient rooms and support areas for new patients, including disinfection and supplies replenishment.
