We are actively seeking, selecting, and securing talent for our Albuquerque ServiceMaster Clean branch.

Job Description

Professionally clean assigned client buildings using unique cleaning procedures and products. Perform cleaning in conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Interact with customers to ensure the best service possible. We are seeking an eager housekeeper/janitor to join a well-established team for external and internal cleaning.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain the outside of the building, including picking up exterior trash and cleaning high traffic areas.
2. Clean restrooms and assist with building cleaning as needed.
3. Prepare cleaning products for the day.
4. Perform routine maintenance on equipment (vacuum and cart) to ensure optimal performance.
5. Use cleaning products and procedures to clean effectively and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to define specific uses of cleaning products.
• Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions indicated on customized service reports.
