KidsTLC in Olathe, KS is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to join our Campus Management team. The role focuses on keeping facilities clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming for children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, dusting, sanitizing, stocking supplies, and operating cleaning equipment. Qualifications include a high school diploma and two years of related experience preferred; you should work well independently or with a team in a fast-paced nonprofit

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• General knowledge of housekeeping and custodial duties.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and buff floors.
• Vacuum and steam clean carpets.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and common areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty trash and dispose of refuse.
• Clean windows, walls, and vents.
• Replenish supplies and maintain inventory.
• Operate cleaning equipment and address maintenance needs.
• Report leaks or equipment issues.
• Complete required documentation and communicate concerns.
