• Clean and sanitize lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and housekeeping tasks to assure that the residence reflects a high quality of care and appearance.
• Perform cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as the suites, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Collect trash and refuse from work areas and place in designated pick-up area.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatory, shower and sink fixtures and facilities; stock dispensers as necessary.
• Maintain equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Administrator.
• Report to Administrator for needed repairs, replenishing of supplies and equipment needed.
