Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeper for Charmant Hotel in La Crosse, WI. You will maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces, providing warm, guest-focused service and contributing to a consistently exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
• Pick up ground litter around hotel or wherever visible.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you will be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here - use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Housekeeper, you will ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. You will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping Associates play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day
• Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines
• Pick up ground litter around hotel or wherever visible

Education

Experience and/or Training

• Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
