Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax, and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and public spaces. Cleaning can include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.
• Respond to resident room emergencies, and log cleaning activities as required.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

$15.50 - $17.60 / hour
