Base pay ranges from $10.84 to $14.07 per hour, determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. We support associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship by offering to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) applications, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax, and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and public spaces. This includes vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.
• Respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
