Job Overview

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the appearance of homes and common areas in Rising View, a Bellevue/Offutt community. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

1. Clean and prepare vacant homes and common areas.
2. Provide excellent customer service to residents and participate in community events.
3. Follow safety and liability guidelines, ensuring compliance with safety inspection standards.
4. Contribute to team efforts, control expenses, participate in preventative maintenance, and attend staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of housekeeping or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to follow directives with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of English language and effective communication skills.
