St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, NC is seeking a Housekeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and comfortable. You will perform daily environmental services, adhering to federal, state, and local standards while embodying our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, deep cleaning, reporting maintenance needs, and collaborating with residents and staff to foster a welcoming environment. Day shift, full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You Will Do

• Perform daily tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and deep cleaning.


• Report and address maintenance needs such as light bulb replacements and equipment malfunctions.


• Collaborate with residents and staff to create a warm, calm, and welcoming environment.


• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and maintain safety standards.


• Uphold resident rights, including confidentiality, personal space, and property.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations preferred.
