Job Summary:

Responsible for cleaning assigned guest rooms and public areas, responding promptly to guest requests, and reporting maintenance issues.

The Details:

• Position Type: Seasonal
• Season Dates: August through October 2025 (exact dates vary by location)
• Pay: $14.60/hr + tips
• Schedule: Typically 40 hours/week, 5 days, may include weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms and public areas as assigned
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly, professional manner
• Identify and report maintenance issues
• Ensure guest rooms meet standards, may need to revisit rooms
• Follow PPE and safety protocols at all times
• Support team efforts and undertake additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Organized and detail-oriented to meet quality standards

• Ability to clean 12-14 guest rooms per shift

Physical Requirements include:

• Lifting/carrying up to 60 pounds throughout the day
• Frequent walking, stairs, and carrying linens
• Making beds, bending, kneeling, stretching, reaching for up to 8 hours
• Standing long periods, outdoor walking
• Pushing carts up to 75 pounds
• Working safely with chemicals
