Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper and Laundry Aide to join our care team in Whites Creek, Tennessee. You will follow cleaning schedules, manage laundry operations, assist with room readiness, and support infection control policies, while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Long-term care or applicable experience preferred.
• Ability to follow infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily assignments.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation, adhering to infection control policies.
• Perform laundry tasks (count linens, deliver to units, sanitize work areas, operate washer/dryers).
• Assist with room readiness for admissions or room changes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Administrator or Supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).

Housekeeper & Laundry Aide Position Summary

As a Housekeeper and Laundry Aide at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Follow all cleaning schedules, completing daily assignments.

• Maintain a high standard of presentation always adhering to infection control policies.

• Perform laundry tasks (counting linens, delivering to units, sanitizing work areas, operating washer, and dryers, etc.).

• Assist with room readiness for admissions and/or room changes.

• Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Environmental Services Director, or Regional Director of Maintenance.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Housekeeper & Laundry Aide Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
