Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Whites Creek, TN, is seeking an Environmental Services Housekeeper to join our care team. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and families in a compassionate, team-driven setting.

As an EVS Housekeeper, you will follow infection control policies, use PPE properly, and report equipment defects. A high school diploma or GED is required; long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily and deep cleaning schedules are followed.
• Maintain high personal presentation and hygiene; adhere to infection control policies and PPE.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and report defects to the Environmental Services Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director and/or Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

Environmental Services Housekeeper Position Summary

As an EVS Housekeeper at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene and always adhere to infection control policies, using the correct PPE.
• Ensure all equipment is correctly and safely used and report any defects to the Environmental Services Director.
• Carries out other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director and/or Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Environmental Services Housekeeper Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
