We are hiring immediately for a part-time HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES position.

Location: Fresenius Medical Care - 2035 15th Street North, Saint Cloud, MN 56303. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time; Saturday 6:00 pm to 12:30 am, and Sunday hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Job Summary: Perform specialized cleaning duties to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, and other specialty areas.

Essential Duties:

1. Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
2. Dust and polish furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
3. Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
4. Move and realign chairs, waste bins, equipment, scales, and other items for cleaning.
5. Clean floors, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning carpets and upholstery.
6. Dispose of trash and biohazardous waste properly.
7. Replenish supplies like soap, sanitizer, and paper products.
8. Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas.
9. Work with alarm systems to arm/disarm.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
