Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a part-time Housekeeper - Ambulatory Services to support multiple healthcare facilities in the Dallas area. The role is a multi-site position requiring travel to various facilities; employees report to a central location to retrieve a company vehicle for assigned duties.

Evening shifts run from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior environmental services housekeeping experience preferred, not required — we will train for the position.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs, waste/linen/biohazardous bins and other items for proper cleaning.
• Cleans floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) and performs spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
• Maintains equipment and storage areas in clean condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm/disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES (MULTI-SITE)

• We are hiring immediately for a part time multi-site HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES position.
• Location: Children's Health System of TX - Multi-Site Coverage in Dallas, TX 75235. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part Time schedule; Evening shifts 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Schedule may vary Monday-Friday, with Weekends Off! Approximately 15-20 hours per week. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior environmental services Housekeeping experience preferred, not required - we will train for the position! This is a float position responsible for supporting multiple healthcare facilities in the Dallas area. Employees will report to a designated central meeting location to retrieve a company vehicle and travel to various facilities as needed to perform assigned duties. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently across multiple facilities are key to success in this role.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste. Performs routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
