Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring for full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES at MD Anderson, Conroe, TX. You will perform cleaning to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms and patient areas, in a shift pattern that includes weekends. Prior housekeeping experience is required, and lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Salary ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. The employer offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of a healthcare-focused services

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste. Performs routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES positions.

Location: MD Anderson - 100 Fellowship Drive, Conroe, TX 77384. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30, or 5:00 pm to 12:30 am. Some Saturdays required, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous housekeeping experience required.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $15.50 per hour.

Job Summary
