Responsibilities

• Maintain the Community interior, including residents’ apartments, in a clean and sanitary manner, courteously and friendly.
• Provide general housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryways, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and resident apartments.
• Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change linens, and ensure linen supplies in apartments. Turn mattresses as needed and empty waste baskets.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
• Launder linens in provided facilities.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Server Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads.
• Review menu, take orders, serve meals and desserts.
• Return carts, assist with storage, deliver trays if needed.
• Clear and reset tables, vacuum carpets, perform side work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective communication in English.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling.
• Ability to retain up to four orders.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
