ELS is hiring for the position of Housekeeper/Activities Staff in Sturbridge, Massachusetts.
What you'll do:

This position is for part-time housekeeping and part-time activities personnel.

Your job will include:
  1. Housekeeping responsibilities: cleaning the resort office, recreation hall, rental cabins, and common areas as directed, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  2. Keeping track of cleaning supply inventory and requesting refills as needed.
  3. Reporting maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant, or rental homes to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
  4. Assisting other staff members as needed.
  5. Helping with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
  6. Providing outstanding customer service.
  7. Activities responsibilities: working closely with the Resort Manager to plan, prepare, and execute weekend activities for all ages.
  8. Coordinating with other staff members to execute activities as needed.
Experience & skills needed:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
  4. Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  5. Experience is not required; training will be provided.
