1. Clean and service assigned rooms promptly and organized, following hotel procedures and standards.
2. Maintain an organized linen cart that is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
3. Report any areas within rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC, etc.
4. Keep your equipment, keys, and supplies secure.
5. Report lost and found items to your supervisor.
6. Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
