The Boulevard St Charles in St. Charles, MO is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to join our team.

This full-time position keeps resident spaces clean and safe, upholds our high care standards, and fosters a warm, home-like environment for both residents and staff. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with benefits including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing proficiency at 8th grade level with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Active, able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Able to lift/move items up to 25 pounds and push a housekeeping cart.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to employment and TB test cleared.
• Criminal background clear.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.


• You shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.


• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!


• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!


• You should be professional in appearance and conduct.


• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.


• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.


• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.


• You must be criminally cleared.
