Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Freeburg, IL for a full-time position at Cedar Trails. Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sun, 7:00am–3:00pm. You will provide housekeeping services for residents, keeping areas clean, warm and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can read/write English at an 8th grade level. A positive, professional attitude and good health are required; benefits include multiple plans and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Good health confirmed by health screening and TB test.

Housekeeper pay range: $17 - $22.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday

7:00am to 3:00pm

• Make Each Room a Home: By providing housekeeping services for residents, you make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Master of the Mise enScène: From behind the scenes, you ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You should be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• You must be criminally cleared.
